Our experience began in 2006 with Qalayed Hajar Est. Trading, followed by Sarah Bordaha General Contracting Est. from 2017 to 2024 and Aiimco Creative Ltd from 2024 to 2026. Building on the knowledge, relationships, and experience gained through these ventures, IISAF Development LLC was established in 2026 to bring our expertise together under one professional organization. With 32+ years of experience in the Architectural Department at Al Shayeb Engineering and Consultant in Saudi Arabia, Mohammad Ibrahim Khalil brings extensive industry knowledge and hands-on project experience. In his career, he has designed many projects and worked with numerous clients, building professional relationships through responsible execution and clear communication.
His experience across engineering and construction has shaped IISAF DEVELOPMENT’S approach to delivering practical solutions and maintaining professional standards.

With nearly 30 years of experience in the construction industry, Mohammad Afzal Hossain brings extensive practical knowledge, strong leadership, and hands-on project experience to the company.
Throughout his career in Saudi Arabia, he has successfully completed and managed numerous construction projects, working closely with clients, engineers, supervisors, and site teams to ensure projects are delivered with quality, professionalism, and attention to detail.
His long experience in the Saudi construction sector has given him a strong understanding of project execution, site management, workforce coordination, and client requirements. As General Manager, he plays an important role in guiding operations and maintaining the company’s commitment to reliable service and quality workmanship.
